Precision Turning
One of the core competencies within our company is precision turning. From very small components and shafting in our Swiss Department, to larger complex components including lens housings and cells.
Our state of the art turning capabilities produce the finest, complex and highly cosmetic components. Our multi-axis CNC equipment department houses numerous Mill/Turn machines, including true 5 axis capabilities. These intricate machines utilize "articulating head" - B Axis milling with full tool changers. This equipment does in one operation what would take others multiple steps to produce.
