Swiss Turning

Swiss turning is a high precision specialized  process for producing complex multi-feature turned components.  This process typically  reduces cycle time from conventional turning.  Very tiny pins to long multi-featured shafts and similar components can be produced in one machine and come out complete to print.  

Our 7 axis Swiss machines produce components with very critical tolerances.  Other conventional  processes may be able to produce the same component, but if it is capable of being produced in a Swiss machine, cycle time will be greatly reduced, which in turn relates to greater cost savings on the finished product.
